R Ramachanderan- Managing Partner
Ramachanderan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Ramachanderan was Head - Corporate Compliances with Swift India Corporate Services LLP, an associate of Nishith Desai Associates, Legal and Tax Counselling, a premium law firm in India, handling clients from USA, Singapore, Hongkong and Europe. Prior to that, was Company Secretary for Sify Technologies Limited, a NASDAQ listed company.
Spanning over three decades, Ramachanderan has grown into an expert on Corporate due diligence, Mergers and acquisitions, Foreign direct investment in India, Government and regulatory compliances. Greatest strength is ability to provide unique solutions to entities seeking full legal and regulatory compliance.

V Shankar- Partner
V.Shankar is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a MBA graduate, and Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA, UK) and is also practising as an Insolvency Professional. He has over 12 years of experience in Corporate law.
Shankar started his professional careet in 2007, as an associate with E Merge Solutions Private Limited, a Corporate consultancy Company engaged in the field of mergers and acquisitions and venture capital funding and later as a Practising Company Secretary.Over the years Shankar has specialised in Corporate Law, SEBI and FEMA regulations.
V.Shankar during his practice has handled various Secretarial audits, due diligence assignments, appearance before NCLT and RBI, and has represented clients with various Government authorities for Corporate Restructuring activities, winding up and liquidation processes.

S S Karthick- Associate
Karthick SS is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also a M.Com graduate from Annamalai University. Karthik has over seven years of experience in legal, compliance and secretarial services. He has worked with various corporates, and prominently GMR Group, Devmantra Financials and other renowned firms in Bangalore.
Karthick, has been actively involved in trademarks and copyrights registrations, Intellectual property rights, obtaining clearances from Labour departments, fund raising and investment apart from other statutory compliances under Corporate Laws, FEMA and SEBI regulations.
